Massachusetts decided last year (2020) to keep taxing out-of-state commuters who work for companies in the state, even if those employees were now telecommuting. New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu quickly filed suit.

The US Supreme Court today (06/28/21) declined to hear the Suit.
